At Allstate and in prior positions at several financial services institutions, Rhonda was involved in the organizations’ operations and processes, trained both direct reports and new hires, mastered investment underwriting risks in the areas of capital markets and real estate, introduced new underwriting guidelines, and served on key committees.

Her experience with Boards of Directors and non-profit organizations includes serving as an officer on the boards of the Illinois Facilities Fund, Impact Community Capital, and Mercy Housing Lakefront (formerly Lakefront Supportive Housing). Applying her knowledge and skill in managing successful financial operations, she has helped these organizations grow and lay foundations for a strong future.
